Biniali is the kind of place that doesn't announce itself. A village of few words and quiet beauty, it sits in the heart of the Binissalem wine region – surrounded by vineyards, dry stone walls, and the unhurried rhythms of rural island life. No crowds, no compromise. Just the raw, unfiltered character of a Mallorca that has remained largely unchanged for generations.
The region sits at the foot of the Tramuntana mountains, a UNESCO World Heritage landscape that shapes the microclimate, the soils, and the extraordinary quality of light.

Set in the rolling countryside of Biniali, Finca Ponderosa is a rare find: a fully realised Mallorcan estate where traditional character and contemporary comfort exist in natural balance.
